The Leprosy Mission


The Leprosy Mission of England & Wales is a Christian charity and development organisation working in around 12 countries worldwide. It's aim is to eradicate the causes and consequences of leprosy. Leprosy is a human rights issue and the work of The Leprosy Mission goes beyond medical cure and treatment to include education, advocacy, rehabilitation and community regeneration.

Rainbow of Hope

Rainbow of Hope is a Cardiff based Christian charity working with the homeless, disadvantaged and asylum seekers in the city. It provides food, drink and clothing in the city centre every night of the year. It also provides food parcels for families in need and organises fellowship meals each weekday lunchtimes at its ARK drop in centre.

It's getting nearer!

The change in weather is really helping me to prepare for the temperatures in Nepal.  Temperatures there are currently 28 degrees and it's getting hotter!
Last Wednesday I had a 4 hour walk along Porthcawl's rugged coastal path.  I then went over the mountain to Caerphilly and back in the blazing hot sun.

The trip is now fast approaching.  Please continue to support me and the charities.
